Under two Grant schemes the SRTD project (funded by the EU), the Higher Council for Science and Technology (HCST) and Jordan Enterprise (JE) have given a unique opportunity to 30 researchers and 30 new businesses to develop their innovative ideas.
Research Grants fund ideas that require further research before their full potential is realized.
Start-up Grants enable entrepreneurs with market-ready ideas to more rapidly turn those ideas into business.
Five calls for proposal yielded over 200 ideas of which 60 have been chosen for funding.
Unfortunately, the Grants schemes are now closed and no more applications are being accepted.
